Humanitarian Focus

The Tokarev Foundation was established to advance Ukraine's IT sector. But since Russia's full-scale invasion began, our team has been focused on accelerating victory: providing ongoing coverage of the war in international media, gathering donations for humanitarian needs, and supporting volunteer projects.

Some of the projects we've supported have been reorganized to reach as many people affected by the war as possible.
